Deep Freeze 2012 Bid Information

We'll be accepting up to 20 Open Teams and up to 10 Women's Teams
 

To place a bid for your team:

1. Email Torre Hargett and share your interest
2. Write a $200.00 check to CFDC and mail it to:

Schedule (Tentative, as always)

Saturday

• The Captains' Meeting will take place at 8:30 AM  
• First round games will begin at 9:00 AM
• All rounds will be capped at a designated time
• Pool Play will be structured once we know for certain the # of teams that will attend, but plan on playing 3-4 games 
• Following the games, we "might" host a pizza dinner Saturday evening at a location TBD (We'll keep you posted on this)  

Sunday

• The Captains' Meeting will take place at 8:30 AM  
• First round games will begin at 9:00 AM
• Finals WILL begin at 12:00 PM (We have to off the fields by 2:00)
• Sunday brackets will be developed according to the # of teams that attend
